Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through calls, networking, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property visits for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Confidence in dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools).
