Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer – Retail to design and execute retail stores, showrooms, and brand spaces. The role involves design development, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring designs are implemented as per client and brand requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning for retail interiors
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and basic 3D views as required
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suitable for retail spaces
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with senior designers, project managers, and site teams
- Support preparation of BOQs and material specifications
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and execution details
Client Interaction
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Incorporate client feedback and brand guidelines into designs
- Support design revisions and approvals
Site & Execution Support
- Coordinate with site teams during execution to ensure design intent is maintained
- Handle minor design clarifications and site modifications
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 2–5 years of experience in retail interior design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design tools
- Good understanding of retail materials, finishes, and detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in showroom, mall, or brand store interiors
- Exposure to turnkey interior projects
- Basic knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination
CTC: As per industry standards
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
