Jignasa is a rapidly growing after-school learning and activity center helping children discover and develop their potential through Chess, Music, Dance, Theatre, Public Speaking, Arts, Personality Development, and Sports programs.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Center Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the center while creating exceptional parent experiences and driving admissions growth.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, is highly organized, and can confidently manage both operations and sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective families.
- Address queries, concerns, and feedback proactively.
- Ensure a delightful parent experience throughout the customer journey.
Admissions & Sales
- Handle enquiries generated through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct center tours and explain programs effectively.
- Convert leads into demo sessions and admissions.
- Follow up consistently and maintain lead pipelines.
- Drive monthly admission targets.
Center Operations
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the center.
- Coordinate schedules, batches, and classroom utilization.
- Work closely with coaches and instructors.
- Monitor attendance and student engagement.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
Community Building
- Support events, workshops, tournaments, performances, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Help build Jignasa's reputation within local communities and schools.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with sales, follow-ups, and achieving targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in education, preschool, activity centers, hospitality, customer success, or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
