Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in order processing, customer coordination, and smooth execution of sales operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare offers, and maintain regular communication.
- Track orders from dispatch to delivery and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain sales data, reports, and MIS in ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the sales team in documentation, presentations, and client meetings.
- Manage customer records, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
Desired Profile:
- 38 years of experience in sales coordination or backend sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in industrial products, packaging, or chemical industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
