V4Designs is a growing Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design & Web Development Agency based in Coimbatore. We help businesses generate quality leads, build high-performing websites, create modern digital experiences, and grow their business through performance marketing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Lead Generation Executive who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide complete training.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Research and identify potential business clients.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Client Outreach
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls.
- Send personalized WhatsApp messages and follow-ups.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Meeting Coordination
- Understand the client's basic business requirements.
- Qualify potential leads using simple questions.
- Schedule meetings for the Founder/Business Team.
CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status and follow-up notes in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English communication is an added advantage)
- Confident speaking over phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets)
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and disciplined
