We are looking for a highly technical, data-driven Meta Ads Specialist & Mentor to audit, optimize, and oversee our international paid media distribution. The primary objective is to fix localized algorithmic misrouting, implement bulletproof geo-targeting structures, and mentor our internal team on world-class promotion strategies.
What You Will Do (The Role)
- Meta Account Auditing: Run a deep-dive audit of our Meta Business Managers, ad accounts, pixel data, and historical campaign structures to locate and fix audience targeting leaks.
- Hyper-Targeted Global Campaigns: Set up custom, lookalike, and interest-based audience frameworks that guarantee international brand campaigns precisely reach their specific hyper-local target audience (e.g., ensuring a client in Ghana reaches high-intent West/South African audiences, entirely avoiding irrelevant regions).
- Location & Language Optimization: Implement strict geographic boundaries, postal/ZIP code mapping, and advanced language exclusions to completely stop wasted ad spend.
- Performance Tracking: Set up transparent daily/weekly data dashboards to track conversion metrics, CTR, and CPM metrics.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Proven Meta Ads Expertise: 3+ years of verifiable experience managing international B2C/B2B Meta ad campaigns with a heavy focus on custom geographic targeting, language segmentation, and lookalike modeling.
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Deep, technical understanding of Meta's delivery algorithm—specifically how to override generic system distribution to protect location integrity.
- Experience in Premium Niches: Prior experience handling paid media for luxury, jewelry, or high-ticket e-commerce brands is highly advantageous.
