Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily home healthcare operations in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for patient onboarding, caregiver and nursing staff deployment, service coordination, documentation, and ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily deployment of nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and other healthcare staff.
- Manage patient onboarding, service scheduling, and care coordination.
- Ensure timely staffing replacements and handle emergency service requests.
- Monitor field staff attendance, punctuality, and service quality.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and patient documentation.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff.
- Address patient and family concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, healthcare protocols, and quality standards.
- Support business growth through lead follow-ups and service conversion coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, home healthcare, hospital operations, or patient services.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
