Imperial life science Ltd is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist/ Manager for west region. This is a techno commercial sales position, you will be responsible for the product sales and promotion of molecular biology and genomics portfolio.
Position Description :
- Actively work with customers from Academia, laboratories, hospitals, molecular diagnostic labs, forensic labs, agriculture institutes, veterinary customers, Pharma/Biopharma customers etc.
- Accountable for the business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives and revenue forecasts.
- Meet & exceed sales targets and develop tactical plans to maximize business/revenues.
- Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references. Increase number of strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Expand, Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and references.
- Execute an outbound marketing plan to deliver on the genomics and molecular biology division sales and revenue goals.
- Provide accurate forecasts as required and maintain data management diligence within internal operating guidelines.
- Achieve sales target for the assigned territory.

Personal Requirements :
- Minimum of Master in Life Science or any related branch.
- Experience of at-least 5-7 years with the proven successful sales track record predominantly in the Life Science domain.
- Good market knowledge in focus area (sales territory, instrumentation business, Life Science market, Diagnostics market, or specialist area).
- Managing of sales team and territory through sales activities, focused planning and timely execution.
- Proven experience in handling and managing instruments sales like NGS, Microarray, Realtime and automation solutions will be preferred.
- Willingness to extensive travel more than 70% is essential.
