Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to oversee the company’s financial operations and provide strong leadership to the team. The ideal candidate will be a highly efficient finance professional with extensive experience in managing multiple companies, ensuring financial stability, and driving business growth through effective planning and forecasting. This role requires someone who can take ownership of financial management, provide guidance to the team, and support decision-making at a managerial level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the company and associated entities.
· Lead, guide, and supervise the accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
· Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to management for business growth and stability.
· Manage and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
· Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
· Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
· Handle financial forecasting, business projections, and risk analysis.
· Coordinate and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
· Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups and collections.
· Oversee multi-company accounting operations and consolidation of financial data.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency across the organization.
· Ensure proper internal controls and financial policies are in place and followed.
· Support management in decision-making with accurate financial insights and reports.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· CA Intermediate / CMA (or equivalent professional qualification).
· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the UAE.
· Proven experience in managing multiple companies or group accounts.
· Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Ability to handle end-to-end financial management and company operations.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
