Role Overview: The HubSpot Expert will lead end-to-end HubSpot operations for clients and internal teams. This includes audits, training, content creation, community engagement, project management, and optimization of HubSpot workflows and features. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user who can translate platform capabilities into business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create screencast tutorials demonstrating HubSpot features, workflows, and best practices.
- Research trending HubSpot topics and industry use cases to inform thought leadership content.
- Conceptualize and develop weekly blog content around HubSpot updates, features, and strategies.
- Conduct weekly HubSpot portal audits for clients and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Draft and distribute a weekly HubSpot-focused newsletter covering tips, updates, and best practices.
- Manage and engage with the HubSpot Community account, responding to questions and fostering engagement.
- Oversee the HubSpot Tutorial YouTube channel, replying to comments and planning HubSpot-focused content.
- Manage daily HubSpot client projects, ensuring workflows, pipelines, and campaigns are optimized.
- Identify opportunities within clients’ HubSpot portals to optimize workflows, expand feature adoption, and suggest add-ons or integrations.
- Analyze gaps in HubSpot functionality and propose HubSpot Marketplace Apps or workflow solutions.
- Plan and manage YouTube content strategy entirely around HubSpot tutorials, features, and tips.
- Conduct weekly training sessions for employees on HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.
- Lead initiatives to productize HubSpot implementation and onboarding services.
- Implement native HubSpot AI tools and automation features to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Refine and optimize the HubSpot onboarding checklist and templates for faster client onboarding.
- Discover industry-specific HubSpot use cases to improve client onboarding, engagement, and adoption.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing consultant to identify HubSpot campaign gaps and optimization opportunities.
KPIs / Success Metrics:
- Timely delivery of weekly HubSpot tutorials, blogs, and newsletters.
- Completion of weekly portal audits with actionable optimization recommendations.
- Growth in engagement on HubSpot Community and YouTube channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot Certification (all relevant Hubs).
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing and client consulting.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Identification and execution of HubSpot optimization opportunities for clients.
- Implementation of AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Successful onboarding and training of internal teams.
- Discovery and proposal of innovative HubSpot solutions for client campaigns and Marketplace apps.
Shift Time: 05:00PM – 02:30 AM ; Full remote
