Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Intern to support the onboarding of clients and merchants onto the DemandPay platform. The intern will work closely with Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful activation of customers.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesClient & Merchant Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new clients and merchants onto the platform.
- Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with customers to gather required information and resolve onboarding queries.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
Customer Communication
- Communicate with clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Provide onboarding guidance and support during the activation process.
- Follow up on pending documentation and requirements.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
- Support go-live activities and customer activation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain onboarding trackers and operational records.
- Prepare daily and weekly onboarding status reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management.
Process Improvement
- Identify onboarding challenges and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in creating and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BCA, B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in Fintech, Customer Success, or Operations.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software platforms is an added advantage.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Bangalore
- Stipend: As per company policy
