Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The role will also be responsible for GMP training management, training compliance, and maintaining audit-ready HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and compliance training coordination
- Training matrix and training record management
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Performance appraisal and probation management
- PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and labor law compliance
- HR audits, SOP management, and regulatory compliance support
- HR MIS reporting and manpower analytics
Required Skills
- Knowledge of WHO-GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and pharmaceutical compliance
- Experience in training management systems and audit readiness
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Special Responsibility
- Ensure 100% GMP training compliance and maintenance of training records as per pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
