About the Role
VredeVogel is looking for a creative and responsible Senior Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and help strengthen our brand online. If you enjoy content creation, understand social media trends, and know how to grow engagement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule monthly social media content
- Write captions, post copy, and basic video scripts
- Manage platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X
- Publish posts and respond to comments and messages
- Monitor trends and competitor activity
- Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams for content creation
- builds brand awareness and drives sales by identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with social media creators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience handling multiple platforms
- Good understanding of reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in fashion companies
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
