Role Summary
The Regional HR Manager serves as the strategic and operational HR leader for a defined cluster of hospitals and vision centers. This role drives the end-to-end HR lifecycle management encompassing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention, compliance, and HR operations.
As a strategic business partner, the Regional HR Manager collaborates closely with the Regional COO and Business HR Head to align people strategies with organizational goals. The position ensures consistency of HR practices across centers, promotes a positive employee experience, and fosters a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce to enable clinical and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with Regional COO and Business HR Head to translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and workforce plans.
- Serve as the HR business partner for regional leadership, ensuring proactive HR interventions for organizational growth and people capability building.
- Provide workforce analytics and insights for manpower optimization, productivity improvement, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the region ensuring quality hires within defined TAT.
- Conduct structured onboarding and induction for new joiners including HR policy orientation and cultural assimilation.
- Monitor and maintain manpower strength as per approved budgets and operational requirements.
Performance Management & Rewards
- Ensure 100% completion of performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
- Conduct capability-building workshops for managers to enhance performance feedback culture.
- Manage incentive, appraisal, and reward programs ensuring fairness and timeliness.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team at a regional level. Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Pharma, or Retail industries will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
