In this role, you will handle the end-to-end guest journey from researching the most relevant names across industries to ensuring they have a seamless and professional experience before, during, and after the episode. If you love pop culture, know how to pitch like a PR pro, and can multitask like your life depends on it, this is your calling. You should be able to: Research and identify potential guests across health, wealth, relationships, and country reality Build, pitch, and maintain strong communication with guest teams Draft sharp outreach emails and follow up till the deal is closed Lock shoot dates, coordinate calendars, and ensure smooth scheduling Prep guests with briefing notes and make them feel at ease before the shoot Support on-ground/virtual shoots to give guests a seamless experience Share post-episode updates, creatives, and thank-you notes Maintain a well-structured guest database and update status consistently Must have: Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong research ability and online sleuthing skills Professional email writing and pitching ability High attention to detail and strong follow-through Understanding of podcast, influencer, and creator culture Confidence, resilience, and people-first approach Eligibility: 1–2 years of experience in PR, talent outreach, podcasting, journalism, or event coordination Experience working with influencers, creators, entrepreneurs, or public figures is a big plus Freshers with relevant internships and a hustle mindset are welcome Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a related field Note: This is a full-time on-site role. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
