Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments across multiple locations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, accommodations, and itineraries
- Accompany the Director on business travel as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion at all times
Business & Operational Support
- Support business activities during travel, meetings, and site visits
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and off-site meetings
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up on action points
- Assist with research, reports, and operational planning
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the Director and stakeholders while traveling
- Draft emails, documents, and meeting summaries
- Attend meetings with the Director and record minutes when required
Personal & Strategic Assistance
- Anticipate needs during travel and ensure smooth daily schedules
- Handle time-sensitive personal business tasks related to work commitments
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including short-notice trips
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
