Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical YouTube Analytics Specialist to support our client requirements by managing, analyzing, and reporting on YouTube performance and revenue data. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, YouTube CMS, revenue reporting, and data reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, monitor, and analyze data from YouTube Analytics and YouTube CMS.
- Prepare detailed asset-wise, film-wise, and channel-wise performance and revenue reports.
- Track and report on revenue metrics including Ad Revenue, YouTube Premium Revenue, and Partner Revenue.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between YouTube Analytics and CMS reports.
- Generate regular dashboards and insights to support business and client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data across multiple channels and assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations based on performance trends.
- Maintain reporting templates, documentation, and data records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in YouTube Analytics, Digital Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and YouTube CMS.
- Experience in revenue reporting and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with media, entertainment, music labels, OTT platforms, or digital content publishers.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and YouTube monetization models.
- Experience creating automated dashboards using Google Data Studio/Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
