Position: International Sales Support Executive (Exports)

Reports To: Management / Sales Director
Position Summary
Support export sales operations by handling international enquiries, professional email communication, lead management, customer follow-ups, inter-department coordination and business development support for USA, Europe and other export markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle export enquiries received through email, website, Alibaba, exhibitions and other channels.
· Draft professional emails, quotations and customer correspondence.
· Follow up with existing and prospective international customers for business closure.
· Maintain and update the sales Pipeline with complete lead history.
· Generate new export leads through Alibaba, LinkedIn, exhibitions and market research.
· Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality and Dispatch for timely customer responses.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS.
· Support preparation of company presentations, catalogues and audit documentation.
Educational Qualification
· Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
· MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred.
Experience
· 2–5 years in International Sales, Export Coordination or Customer Support.
· Experience in automotive components, suspension parts, trailer parts, rubber-metal bonded products or engineering products preferred.
· Experience dealing with customers in USA, Europe or other international markets is desirable.
Skills
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Professional business email writing skills.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of sales pipeline management.
· Exposure to Alibaba, LinkedIn and B2B sourcing platforms
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
