Job Summary
Haritha Automation Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors and candidates, coordinate with management, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist candidates, visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate movements.
- Maintain a positive relationship between candidates and management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage front office operations and visitor records.
- Provide administrative support to HR and management teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Assist in arranging meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Maintain office reception and meeting areas in an organized manner.
- Support employee engagement and office coordination activities.
