Position: Electrical & Machine Maintenance Technician (Bike Mandatory)
Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Operations
- Perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance of production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, control panels, and machine breakdowns.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines with minimal downtime.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify potential equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and logbooks.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, electrical standards, and company policies.
Candidate ProfileQualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical discipline.
Experience
- 0 to 10 Years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
✔ Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, panels, and control circuits
✔ Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
✔ Ability to read electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and machine manuals
✔ Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures
✔ Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
✔ Basic PLC knowledge will be an added advantage
✔ Good understanding of workplace safety practices
✔ Ability to work independently and in shifts when required
