Job Summary
The Pre-Sales & Documentation Executive will be responsible for preparing business documents, supporting proposal and tender submissions, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and assisting the sales team in pre-sales activities. The candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Support
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and company profiles
- Support the sales team in preparing client submissions and business documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and compliance-related information
- Maintain a repository of company credentials, project references, and supporting documents
Documentation Management
- Prepare, compile, review, and organize business and tender-related documents
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of required documentation
- Draft declarations, authorization letters, compliance sheets, undertaking letters, and other business documents
- Maintain proper digital and physical records of all documentation
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders for timely collection of documents and information
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and documentation requirements
- Support management in day-to-day business coordination activities
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and documentation records
- Organize and update databases of certificates, registrations, work orders, and statutory documents
- Generate periodic reports and provide status updates on assigned activities
Process Improvement & Learning
- Learn and adapt to new business processes and documentation requirements
- Assist in improving internal documentation and workflow processes
- Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities and supporting business operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in documentation, coordination, administration, pre-sales support, or similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
