Job Description
As an Accounting & GST Assistant, your role will involve maintaining accurate client accounts, handling day-to-day accounting, and managing GST-related tasks.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates who already understand CA-firm-style work — deadlines, client coordination, compliance pressure, and proper documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Accountant
- Handle accounting, finalization, and compliance
- Prepare and review IT, GST, and TDS returns
- Guide junior staff and review their work
- Communicate directly with clients
- Lead audit assignments and working papers
Key Responsibilities:
- Entry of Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Bank Statements, and Cash Expenses in Tally
- Assisting in preparing and filing GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Assisting in TDS Return Filing
- Maintaining accurate records and ledgers
- Coordinating with senior staff for audits and data verification
- Assisting in client communication and basic compliance documentation
- Supporting ROC and Income Tax return-related work as assigned
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP and GST compliance
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prior experience (1 year – 2 years) in a CA firm is preferred
Working Hours:
- Male staff: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Female staff: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD
