Job Summary:
The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for leading all branch operations to achieve business goals. This role involves managing staff, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail branch.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise branch employees.
- Achieve branch sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze branch performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer retention.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities within the branch.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized branch environment.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
