Key Responsibilities Conduct IELTS training sessions for Academic and General Training modules. Teach all four components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Assess students' language proficiency and develop personalized improvement plans. Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback. Track student progress and maintain performance records. Assist students in understanding IELTS exam patterns, strategies, and time-management techniques. Develop and update study materials, worksheets, and practice tests. Motivate students to achieve their target band scores. Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field. Minimum 1 year of IELTS/PTE/English language training experience preferred. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to mentor students from diverse educational backgrounds. IELTS certification or a high IELTS score is an added advantage. Passion for teaching and student success. Preferred Skills Experience with IELTS Academic and General Training. Knowledge of PTE and TOEFL training is a plus. Ability to conduct both group and individual sessions.
