Job Responsibilities
- Conduct inline, end-line, and final garment inspections.
- Monitor stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing quality.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and AQL requirements.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to achieve "Right First Time" quality.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Handle buyer inspections and ensure shipment quality approval.
- Train production teams on quality standards and best practices.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a garment export house.
- Sound knowledge of garment construction, measurements, AQL, fabric inspection, and buyer quality requirements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
