Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are a leading supplier and stockist of industrial raw materials, catering to the Die Making, Mould Making, Machine making, stamping etc.. We are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service to our clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Die Making, Mould Making, Tool Room, Plastic Injection Moulding, and Engineering sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell industrial raw materials and related products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in industrial raw materials, die steel, mould steel, engineering materials, tooling, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and nearby industrial areas.
