Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and systems
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
- Assist in renovations, installations, and upgrades as needed
- Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with external contractors when required
