AI-DISPO is a manufacturer of high-quality disposable syringes catering to hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and government procurement agencies. We are expanding our government sales operations and are looking for a dedicated GeM Tender Executive to manage and grow our participation in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders.
Job Summary
The GeM Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant GeM tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating documentation, monitoring bid status, and ensuring successful execution of government orders. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling GeM procurement and government tenders, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor the GeM portal for relevant disposable syringe and medical consumable tenders.
- Analyze tender eligibility, specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare, upload, and submit complete tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical specifications, certifications, and documentation.
- Maintain all statutory documents including GST, PAN, ISO certifications, product registrations, and other compliance documents.
- Respond to buyer queries, clarifications, and reverse auction requirements.
- Track tender status from bid submission to award and order execution.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely supply against awarded contracts.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded bids, and pending opportunities.
- Develop relationships with government buyers while ensuring full compliance with procurement policies.
- Identify new business opportunities through GeM and other government procurement platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in GeM tender handling.
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, surgical products, or healthcare procurement will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of GeM portal operations and government procurement procedures.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
