About the Role
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for detail-oriented and disciplined Housekeeping Room Attendants to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury property. This role is critical in delivering a flawless guest experience aligned with premium hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas to luxury standards
- Ensure rooms are perfectly set up before guest arrival
- Follow SOPs for hygiene, sanitation, and linen management
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies and amenities
- Adhere to grooming and presentation standards at all times
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in housekeeping (hotel/resort preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Physically active and able to handle daily operational tasks
- Well-groomed with a disciplined work approach
- Basic communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
