Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, love interacting with people, and want to be part of the fast-growing education sector, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with verified leads only – no cold calling required.
- Understand student and parent requirements and pitch our one-to-one tuition services effectively.
- Conduct consultations and follow-ups to close enrollments.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech Company (preferably Ed-Tech or related industry).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Working Details:
- Work Days: 5 days a week
- Timings: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Location: Mohali (On-site)
