Role: Beauty Advisor
Location: Shoppers Stop Juhu (117), Dynamix Mall, S.D. Marg, JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai – 400049
Kimirica is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team at our Shop-in-Shop (SIS) counter in Shoppers Stop, Juhu. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, skincare, fragrances, and customer service, with a strong ability to drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Promote and sell skincare, bath & body, fragrance, and gifting products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the counter.
- Maintain stock levels and support inventory management activities.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Follow company SOPs and grooming standards.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, wellness, or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven approach.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
