We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to support our Architectural Lighting Design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating technical drawings for architectural lighting projects across hospitality, commercial, residential, retail, and public realm developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed lighting layout drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop lighting plans, circuiting drawings, and installation details.
- Coordinate with lighting designers, architects, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Revise drawings based on design updates and site requirements.
- Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing tender and construction documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Experience in architectural lighting projects will be an added advantage.
