We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding clients through their overseas education and visa journey.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inquiries related to Student Visa and Visitor Visa services.
✅ Counsel and assist clients regarding study abroad opportunities, admission processes, visa requirements, and documentation.
✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and applicants.
✅ Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa teams for smooth application processing.
✅ Guide clients on application timelines, eligibility requirements, and document collection.
✅ Maintain CRM records and update client progress regularly.
✅ Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
✅ Support visa filing teams during application submission and processing stages.
✅ Achieve monthly conversion targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in Study Abroad / Immigration / Visa Consultancy preferred.
* Knowledge of student visa and visitor visa processes will be an advantage.
* Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
