About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Identity, Privileged Access & Governance Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Governance (IAG), and Segregation of Duties (SoD) solutions. This role focuses on implementing secure identity solutions, integrating enterprise security tools, and supporting Zero Trust initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Configure privileged account discovery, onboarding, password vaulting, credential rotation, session management, auditing, and reporting.
- Integrate PAM with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SIEM, and SOC platforms.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Least Privilege models.
- Deploy and manage Identity & Access Governance (IAG) solutions, including:
- Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) workflows
- Access certifications
- Role modeling
- Approval workflows
- Configure and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) tools and access risk controls.
- Integrate identity solutions with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams for monitoring, alerting, and audit logging.
- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and administrator guides.
- Deliver administrator training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Participate in security architecture discussions and support Zero Trust initiatives.
- Support implementation projects, testing, compliance validation, and performance tuning.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), PAM, and Identity Governance.
- Strong experience with BeyondTrust PAM.
- Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle IAG, or similar Identity Governance platforms.
- Strong understanding of:
- Active Directory (AD)
- LDAP
- SAML
- OAuth
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SCIM
- Experience integrating SIEM and SOC platforms.
- Knowledge of Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, and REST API integrations.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,372,309.47 per year
