Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and highly organized Telecaller & Backend Executive to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual who is confident on the phone and meticulous with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring all corresponding data and backend operations are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling (Voice Operations)
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients (lead generation) and answer inbound queries from existing customers.
- Customer Engagement: Explain products or services clearly, answer questions, and understand customer requirements.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads via phone calls to ensure maximum conversion.
- Grievance Handling: Address customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department for quick resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: Freshers & Proven experience 2 as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or Data Entry Operator.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Odia, Hindi.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and basic CRM software.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (e.g., 35+ WPM).
- Soft Skills: Active listening, patience, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Pay: ₹8,400.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
