Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HORECA Sales Manager from the FMCG/Food Industry to develop business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth across the HORECA channel.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and expand HORECA business in the assigned territory
- Coordinate with distributors, chefs, consultants, cafés, and cloud kitchens
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate business leads
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships
- Handle B2B communications and business development activities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and account records
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and forecasting
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest growth strategies
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HORECA/FMCG sales
- Experience in food industry or distribution business preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and clients
Experience Required
- FMCG Sales – 3+ years
- HORECA Sales – 4+ years
- Food Industry – 5+ years preferred
- B2B Sales – 3+ years
