We are looking for Senior Project Manager -MEP- Industrial Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Industrial MEP Execution: Oversee installation of HT/LT power distribution, heavy-duty HVAC, process utilities, industrial plumbing, and fire protection networks.
- Site Coordination & Clash Resolution: Review shop drawings and coordinate with civil and structural teams to prevent spatial clashes in high-density industrial service areas.
- Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Lead complex system testing for transformers, switchgear, backup diesel generators (DG sets), and integrated fire-life safety interlock matrices.
- Vendor & Budget Control: Manage subcontractor contracts, track material lead times, review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and certify contractor billings.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and secure clearances from statutory authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15+ years of total project management background, with exclusive, hands-on experience handling industrial, manufacturing, or heavy logistics infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of industrial electrical distribution, high-capacity cooling/HVAC, local building codes, and project tracking tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
