We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource activities at our hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and records
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and hospital policies
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews
- Coordinate joining formalities, confirmations, resignations, and exit processes
- Monitor staff productivity and department-wise manpower planning
- Maintain HR MIS reports, employee files, and documentation
- Support management in policy implementation and HR strategies
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital rules, code of conduct, and HR procedures
- Review telecaller calls, recruitment follow-ups, and staff performance when required
- Manage training, induction, and probation process for new employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in HR, MBA HR, or related field
- 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and labour laws
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HR reports, and documentation

- Team handling experience
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in hospital recruitment will be an added advantage
