Job Description – Sales Associate (Jewellery Showroom)

1. Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service, understand customer requirements, and contribute to the growth of showroom sales and customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections effectively
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions and close sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Assist in billing and ensure smooth transaction processing
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product presentation
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services (repairs, exchanges, etc.)
- Follow company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
- Coordinate with team members and support showroom operations
3. Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Basic numerical and billing knowledge
- Presentable personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team
4. Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: Retail or jewellery showroom experience preferred
5. Working Conditions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
