Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as the trusted right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, strategic priorities, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize appointments and optimize daily schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Strategic Coordination
- Coordinate with department heads to track business priorities.
- Monitor progress of key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Assist the MD in reviewing business performance metrics.
Communication Management
- Draft professional emails, presentations, and internal communications.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion.
Business Operations
- Coordinate leadership meetings and management reviews.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in policy documentation and process improvements.
- Maintain confidential business records and documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with OEM partners, financial institutions, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Build strong working relationships across departments.
- Ensure prompt communication between leadership and business teams.
Administrative Excellence
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Organize events, board meetings, and leadership off-sites.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle special assignments and confidential projects from the MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Executive Coordinator supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in automotive, technology, startup, retail, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
