About the Role
We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer (Network Specialist) with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will design, configure, monitor, and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments for our US-based clients.
You will serve as the core technical specialist for routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking, working closely with our US Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
Network Operations & Support: Design, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure across multi-tenant customer environments.
Firewall & Security Management: Administer firewalls, manage security policies, rule reviews, NAT, and network segmentation.
Routing & Switching: Manage and troubleshoot switches, routers, and wireless controllers (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Ubiquiti).
VPN Setup: Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs (IPsec/SSL).
Wireless Infrastructure: Set up enterprise wireless networks, SSID designs, WPA2/3 Enterprise security, and RADIUS authentication.
Cloud Networking: Support and manage cloud network components (AWS/Azure VNets, VPCs, peering, transit gateways, and routing).
Documentation & Onboarding: Document network topology, configurations, and change logs using IT Glue. Assist in new client onboarding and infrastructure refresh projects.
Proactive Monitoring: Respond to network alerts, analyze performance bottlenecks, and resolve complex connectivity issues within SLAs.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer / NOC Engineer.
Shift Commitment: Must be comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
Troubleshooting: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and Wireshark diagnostics.
Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CCNP, NSE 4 (Fortinet), or Azure/AWS Networking certifications.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively with US teams and clients.
Location: Candidates living in or willing to relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
