We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Growth Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging to attract and convert the right audience.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and spending across channels based on performance metrics.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure leads and conversions are tracked accurately throughout the customer journey.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Test new advertising platforms, channels, and strategies that can deliver incremental growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in the performance marketing landscape.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI.
