Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and skilled 3D Designer & Animator to join our creative team at Communication Crafts. The ideal candidate is proficient in Blender, understands storytelling through animation, and can work effectively during night shifts to collaborate with international clients and internal teamsKey Responsibilities:Create compelling 3D models, environments, and animations using Blender.Design engaging motion graphics and visual content.Collaborate with the creative and film departments on animation pipelines and project requirements.Handle complete project execution from concept to final render.Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.Required Skills:Proficient in Blender 3D (modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation).Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling.Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.Ability to work on tight deadlines and multitask.Strong communication and teamwork.Preferred:Experience in product visualization or animated shorts.A portfolio showcasing recent work.Additional CommentsLooking for a proactive individual who is passionate about creating visually appealing work and can adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
