We are looking for a skilled Amazon & Flipkart Operations Manager to handle end-to-end operations for our e-commerce business, primarily focusing on FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments, order dispatch, and task management across all online platforms. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, Amazon and Flipkart systems, and team management.
Responsibilities:-
# Supervise the order fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are dispatched on time and correctly.
# Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and storage at warehouses and fulfillment centers.
# Provide regular reports on operational performance, including order fulfillment and shipping performance.
# Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
# Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and high-quality work from packing and dispatching team members.
# Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
# Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices for e-commerce operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
# 3+ years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart operations, specifically with FBA shipments and order dispatch.
# Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics(Amazon, Flipkart) and supply chain management.
