About the Role
Venyora is a fast-growing premium D2C fashion and lifestyle brand. We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Lead who can take complete ownership of online sales and customer acquisition. This is a revenue-focused role where your success will be measured by business growth, not just campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
* Drive online sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
* Optimize ROAS, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and improve conversion rates.
* Manage Shopify promotions, landing pages, and product launches.
* Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
* Execute email marketing and WhatsApp automation campaigns.
* Improve website conversion through A/B testing and CRO.
* Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and other analytics tools.
* Collaborate with designers, content creators, and management to execute high-performing campaigns.
* Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
* D2C brand experience is mandatory (Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Luxury preferred).**
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience with Shopify and eCommerce marketing.
* Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
* Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Increase online sales within the first 60 days.
* Achieve target ROAS.
* Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
* Improve website conversion rate.
* Increase Average Order Value (AOV).
* Deliver measurable month-on-month revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing high-budget Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
* Experience working with premium D2C fashion or lifestyle brands.
* Experience in influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
