Chakradhari is a trust-led Indian D2C brand in spiritual, wellness and Indian science-based products (Rudraksha, gemstones, metals, puja essentials). We receive daily customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp, and we want a professional, polite and consistent customer experience.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive who can confidently handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries, guide customers properly, and ensure every inquiry is followed up and closed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp messages politely and professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product (basic guidance)
- Share product links, pricing, availability, shipping details, and ordering steps clearly
- Maintain follow-ups: callbacks, payment reminders, address confirmation, and basic post-delivery review follow-up
- Update customer conversations and follow-up tasks in our system (CRM/Sheets will be used)
- Coordinate with packing/dispatch team for order status and quick resolutions
Required Skills
- Strong spoken Hindi + Intermediate to Fluent English
- Good communication, patience, and clear phone etiquette
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and mobile/desktop tools (Google Sheets/CRM)
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in customer support / tele calling / e-commerce support
- Experience with Shopify and CRM tools (training can be provided)
- Local candidate from Ajmer preferred
Interview Process (2 Rounds)
Round 1: Telephonic interview + communication check
Round 2: In-person interview + short practical test (handling a sample customer call/WhatsApp query)
