We're Hiring | Design Engineer – SPM (Special Purpose Machines)
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) or Equivalent
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: 7.0 LPA - 7.5 LPA
Location: Balanagar, Hyderabad
Shifts: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
6 Days Working (Tue - Sun)
Week Off: Monday Fixed Off
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Special Purpose Machines (SPM) using SolidWorks (2D & 3D).
* Develop innovative machine concepts independently.
* Perform material selection and standard component selection.
* Prepare machine, fixture, and jig designs.
* Apply GD&T principles in mechanical designs.
* Work with manufacturing and assembly teams.
* Support reverse engineering and instrumentation activities.
* Coordinate with robotic and manual welding processes.
* Ensure compliance with automotive standards.
Required Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks (2D & 3D)
* Experience in SPM Design, Fixture Design, and Machine Design
* Knowledge of GD&T manufacturing processes, and standard mechanical components.
* Basic understanding of PLCs and electrical systems.
* Knowledge of Robotics, Welding Processes, and Automotive Standards
* Ability to work independently and deliver quality designs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
