Job Description – Site Supervisor
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The role includes coordinating with contractors, monitoring site progress, ensuring proper material utilization, and supporting the engineering team to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities (JD)
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per GFC drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction plans and schedules.
2. Drawing Interpretation & Technical Support
- Read and understand construction drawings, maps, and technical documents.
- Assist engineers in verifying drawings and resolving minor site-level technical issues.
- Provide necessary support to contractors to ensure work is carried out correctly.
3. Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning and organizing site activities as per project schedule.
- Support in maintaining timelines for different construction activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
4. Quality Control
- Monitor the quality of work at the site as per company standards, tender specifications, and approved drawings.
- Ensure work is executed as per quality checklists and site guidelines.
- Report any deviations or quality issues to the concerned engineer or management.
5. Cost & Material Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring material usage and consumption at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Support in verification of contractor work and basic measurement records.
6. Site Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain records of daily site progress and report updates to the reporting engineer.
- Monitor scrap generation and material handling at the site.
- Ensure safety practices and site discipline are maintained.
7. Coordination & Compliance
- Ensure site teams follow project guidelines and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractor teams to complete activities on schedule.
- Support in smooth completion and handover of project activities.
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other site-related work assigned by the Reporting Officer or Project Engineer as per project requirements.

- Ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Effective monitoring of site progress and daily reporting.
- Proper coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
