Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ needs, goals, and challenges through discussions
- Provide guidance on courses, careers, or personal issues
- Help students/clients choose suitable options based on their interests
- Maintain records of counselling sessions
- Follow up with clients to track progress
- Coordinate with institutions or internal teams when required
