We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team at Market Disc, Pune. You’ll be trained and guided by experienced professionals while contributing to real business growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation and help identify new business opportunities.
Support the team in scheduling appointments and coordinating with potential clients.
Communicate effectively with prospects through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote company services.
Maintain and update client data using CRM tools.
Work closely with the senior business development team on strategy and outreach.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development (IT industry exposure is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales processes (training will be provided).
Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
